Your feets too big

Today, Raina decided to put on her mummy's sandals (instead of her own) and climb down the back steps to help me do some laundry. When she got into a bit of trouble with the big shoes coming down the stairs, she hollered. I went to pick her up and told her, "mummy's sandals are too big for you and they get caught on the steps, don't they?". Refusing my help, she said, "it's all right, I'll just wear my toes".
